When the CSA website was launched in 2008 I stated that the content constituted the bare minimum and that material still needed to be added to the site. Although this is still the case I have finally been able to complete and add a children’s story book titled JAKE & TUFFY. The purpose of this book has been to create greater awareness for a particular way of working which is consistent with principles of CranioSacral Therapy. This methodology focuses on working with the inherent resources that exist within the client / patient and especially the child. The message that I wished to convey is that the processes of healing are never just about identifying problems, but involve accessing the resources that help resolve problems.

The story is available in four languages and four more languages are currently being translated. I have included some J&T merchandise to help with the marketing side. As stated in the objectives of the site; sales of the art prints, charts etc help subsidise CST work in the community.

CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle yet often surprisingly effective modality of touch therapy, founded on the belief that focus, resourcing and gentleness are the foundations of healing. Stillness, creating a safe space and working in a non-judgemental manner are key elements to its practice.
